You agree to provide accurate details about your property and cleaning requirements. Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or phone. Please ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time. Late arrivals or cancellations may affect the service quality. 4. Pricing and Payment Prices are provided upfront during the booking process and may vary based on property size, service type, and any additional requests. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prepayment is arranged. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
