Refund Policy – ShineSphere Cleaning Services At ShineSphere, we believe that a clean space transforms your day and your mood. We’re committed to delivering exceptional cleaning services that leave your home or office spotless and refreshed. However, if you feel that we’ve fallen short of our promise, we’re here to make it right with a clear and fair refund policy. When Refunds Are Offered Refunds or complimentary re-cleans may be provided if: A significant portion of the agreed service was missed or incomplete. The cleaning did not meet the professional standards we promise (e.g., areas left dirty, wrong products used). Our team was late or had to cut the service short due to our fault. You were incorrectly charged or billed for services you did not request. In these cases, you can choose either a full or partial refund, or schedule a free re-clean to address the issues. When Refunds Are Not Available Refunds are not available if: You changed your mind after the cleaning was completed. You were dissatisfied due to reasons outside our control (e.g., allergies, existing stains, or damage). You failed to provide access or reschedule in a timely manner. The service was performed fully as agreed and to ShineSphere standards. We strive for excellence, but also expect clear communication and reasonable expectations. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or partial charge. No-shows without notice will be charged the full service fee. We appreciate your understanding — our cleaners schedule their time carefully to provide the best service possible. How to Request a Refund or Re-clean If you need to request a refund or re-clean: Contact ShineSphere’s customer support with your booking details. Provide a clear description of the issue. Photos are helpful but not required. We respond to all inquiries promptly, usually within 1–2 business days, to find the best solution for you.
